Financial reporting

  • Daily accounting for two of the Lux holding companies
  • Review and analysis of financial property reports from third-party providers

  • Review of transactions at the level of entity holding
  • ensuring financial reports are prepared in accordance with GAAP
  • Review and preparation of NAV statements and supporting calculations
  • Ensuring that financial data is uploaded accurately into the required general ledger systems
  • Analysis of financial reports for investors
  • Responding to investor inquiries in a timely and precise manner
  • As part of the larger team, play a crucial role in the annual audit (response to some audit questions, assist with audit planning).

Operations

  • Interact with the appropriate internal teams regarding any banking, company secretarial, legal, treasury, or risk-related issues or initiatives.
  • Interact with external service providers regarding operational matters, including the company secretary, appraisers, legal counsel, and tax advisors, among others.
  • Ensure bank loan covenant compliance and review bank compliance certificates
  • Prepares materials for and attends Management Company Board and Investor Advisory Committee meetings as appropriate

Cash/debt management

  • Monitor bank transactions and balances, and anticipate cash flow and capital needs
  • Arrange external bank loan drawdowns
  • Review and preparation of loan compliance provisions
  • Support treasury functions with banking relationships as well as the acquisition and re-financing of external debt

Tax

  • Communicate with tax accountants and other external providers to ensure timely and accurate tax filing and payment.
  • Aid in managing and reviewing annual tax compliance
